Paul Lacey - Managing Director
Over 26 years of UK experience with Olivetti starting as a Field Service Technician in the UK in 1972, progressing through technical support into Service Management and Support. With the formation PCC in 1991, Paul’s major responsibilities are the day to day running of the company planning, marketing and product support liaison with Olivetti in the UK and Italy.
Barbara Lacey - Company Secretary
Barbara’s 20 years experience as an office administrator/customer services supervisor has enabled her to deal with the transition to the accounts side of her role within the company with comparative ease. Barbara’s major responsibilities are financial planning, returns, and Customer Support.
James Gunther - Senior Technician
James’ main role in the company is technical. Repairing the various laptop, server and desktop computers keeps James in touch with product problems and common solutions. He also controls our stock inventory for spare parts, consumables and machines and deals with first line customer telephone support.
Brenda Clark - Order Proccessing Controller
Brenda sees to it that your work gets done. Starting from a customer enquiry, she will manage the order right through to the shop floor. She also deals with basic product support for the spare parts and upgrades services.
Mike Kasperkiewicz - Warehouse Supervisor
Mike is the newest member of our team, having replaced David as warehouse supervisor after his retirement in October. Mike will see to it that your order is delivered on time and packed correctly.
